9.6% DIPA

Based on the Stone Enjoy by 05/17/13 this is intended to be on the limit of what is possible hops wise, not alcohol, on a homebrew or i should say a non-commercial nano brewery set up, and is intended to be my entry for the Craft Beer Co – National Home Brew Awards. Not sure this is the right beer to do very well or be commercially brewed but this is not about brewing a 5% commercially viable beer – its about brewing the best beer possible and if i can brew a 9.6%, clean, hoppy as hell DIPA I will be very happy!

Brew day pics to follow!
