First attempt at a Berliner Weisse and was a very simple and quick brewday thanks to the 15min boil.
Batch size 50L,mashed for 90min at 65deg and then as mentioned above only boiled for 15min before cooling and transferring to the fermenter. Had a mighty OG of 1.032 and i expect the FG to 1.005 ish may be even a bit lower.

Once cooled and at 19deg 2 packets of US-05 and the Lacto were added to the fermenter, 2 day later it was fermenting nicely
Fermentation activity has now pretty much died down and its just a case of waiting for the Lacto to get to work and sour the beer.
